Fully automatic assembly line with an area of 20 x 15 m. The production line enables the processing of approx. 90 types of ladders
As a result, the line cycle time is 30 - 50 sec a piece depending on the type. Over 250 motion units, 24 servo drives, camera inspection systems. Visualization panel for line operation control.
