History
Our company was founded in 1992 by Ing. Zdeněk Kulič, an engineer with extensive expertise in both mechanical engineering and textile technologies. Thanks to his experience and technical vision, we soon expanded beyond the textile industry into electronics, automotive manufacturing, and later the consumer goods sector. As the company grew, we attracted skilled specialists, developed our own know-how, and established a clearly defined, process-driven organizational structure that continues to form the foundation of our business today.
Growth & Innovation
As customer requirements evolved, we continuously expanded our expertise in integrating advanced technologies, including vision systems, welding, measurement, and inspection solutions.
At the same time, we modernized our manufacturing capabilities with technologies such as waterjet cutting and 5-axis CNC machining. A key milestone was the transition from 2D AutoCAD design to the 3D SolidWorks platform, enabling more efficient development of complex machines and production systems.
Today
Today, we specialize in large-scale automated production lines with a high degree of automation, while also delivering smaller projects tailored to the individual needs of our customers.
We operate from our own manufacturing and assembly facilities covering approximately 2,000 m², purpose-built for machine production and production line integration. Our modern assembly hall enables the parallel construction of multiple large-scale production lines, including complete mechanical, electrical, and software integration.
Component manufacturing is supported by modern CNC machining and specialized technologies that complement our assembly operations, enabling rapid modifications and the immediate production of custom components when needed.
We are also committed to environmentally responsible operations. Our facilities utilize heat pumps, photovoltaic systems, water recycling for waterjet cutting, and rainwater harvesting. An advanced internal logistics system ensures full traceability of every project and a seamless flow of materials throughout the company, significantly enhancing manufacturing efficiency and reliability.
Today, the company is led by engineer Martin Kulič together with its founder, Zdeněk Kulič, combining the experience of one generation with the vision of the next. Supported by a stable team of specialists, we continue to build on the company’s strong engineering foundations while operating as a structured, process-driven organization with clearly defined responsibilities and procedures. This approach ensures consistent quality, even in the most demanding projects.
