How we execute an order?
From concept to final product.

1. Project kickoff

Initial consultation – quickly understanding the customer’s needs
The customer comes to us with a clear specification or just an idea. In either case, we quickly help define the goal, identify suitable processes for automation, and propose the best approach.
We come directly to your facility—nothing is a problem.
Concept and Proposal – a well-thought-out solution from experts
A team of designers, electrical engineers, and sales representatives works on the proposal. We prepare a concept that is technically feasible, safe, and cost-effective. At this stage, we define the principle and scope of the project, not the detailed design.
Project launch – clear plan, clear responsibilities
After approval of the proposal, we initiate the project, create a schedule, and define milestones. Each project has its own project manager who ensures coordination as well as communication with the client.
2. Project execution
Technical design – a precise 3D model is created
We create a complete 3D model of the equipment and regularly consult with the customer on key details.
We ensure optimal functionality, safety, and ergonomics. High-quality construction is the foundation of a top-of-the-line machine.
Procurement & Production – fast and efficient
Once the design is approved, we initiate procurement and start production in parallel using our own manufacturing capacities. Thanks to our in-house production, logistics, and process management, we maintain full control over every step — ensuring precision, efficiency, and reliable delivery timelines.
Assembly – Precision in Every Detail
Once production is complete, we begin mechanical assembly using our own jigs and equipment, which allows us to assemble complex units quickly and accurately. This is followed by electrical installation and the connection of sensors, actuators, and safety systems.

Commissioning – Software and Debugging
We load the software, configure the parameters, and test the processes under real-world conditions.
The goal is for the equipment to operate reliably and exactly according to the required parameters right from the first startup—the very first time.
Factory Acceptance Test at our facility
We invite the customer to a FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), where we jointly verify functionality, safety, and overall performance. The FAT confirms that the equipment is ready for shipment and fully meets the specifications.
3. Delivery & support
Final inspection & delivery
The final quality inspection and safety tests are performed in accordance with applicable standards. At the same time, we prepare the CE documentation and carry out the final pre-dispatch inspection of the equipment.
Ongoing support – our service continues beyond delivery.
We provide comprehensive warranty and post-warranty support, service, spare parts production, and expert technical consultations. Thanks to our in-house manufacturing capabilities and detailed documentation, we can continue servicing our equipment even many years after delivery. We build long-term partnerships — supporting our customers whenever they need us.
Installation and SAT – commissioning
We install the equipment at the customer’s site, re-calibrate it and test it under real-world operating conditions. During the SAT (Site Acceptance Test), we work together to confirm that the equipment functions exactly as required.
