Manufacturing hall
Our 2,000 m² administrative, production, and assembly facilities are designed for the efficient construction and integration of automated production lines. The hall is equipped with overhead cranes, a turntable for trucks, oversized doors, and a spacious warehouse, enabling the safe handling of even large assemblies and the rapid implementation of projects with high precision.
Management and administration
The company’s management consists of Ing. Martin Kulič and Ing. Zdeněk Kulič, who combine a new generation of leadership with many years of experience.
We are a process-driven, structured organization. The integration of our ERP system with internal logistics enables us to efficiently manage both projects and administrative processes.
Logistics
Internal logistics is one of our key competitive advantages. We utilize our own production management system with full traceability, integrated with an automated warehouse and material handling system. This gives us complete visibility of every component and allows us to manage multiple projects simultaneously — efficiently, accurately, and without delays. Machine design
Machine design is at the heart of what we do – it is where the functionality and character of every machine are born.
Using the modern 3D CAD system SolidWorks, we design everything from fixtures to complex production lines, creating reliable and efficient solutions backed by strong engineering know-how and close cooperation with our manufacturing team.
Electrical design
We provide complete electrical design solutions, including documentation, control cabinets, and the integration of sensors, drives, safety and measurement components.
We work with the EPLAN system, which enables precise and structured electrical documentation. Our experience with advanced technologies allows us to design even highly demanding automation systems.
Manufacturing
With our own engineering facilities, we ensure precise and flexible manufacturing of components while maintaining full control over quality. Our capabilities include 5-axis CNC machining, waterjet cutting, wire EDM, EDM machining, 3D printing, and conventional machining technologies. We produce precision components, subassemblies, and complete mechanical assemblies — efficiently and reliably.
Machine Assembly
Assembly is carried out at specialized workstations designed for the integration of automated production lines. We use our own custom-developed assembly fixtures and supporting equipment, tailored to our specific requirements. This enables precise, efficient, and repeatable integration of mechanical, electrical, and software components into complete solutions.
Quality control
We perform thorough inspections of incoming materials and critical components using advanced measurement equipment, including a Zeiss CNC measuring centre, Keyence 3D scanner, and Vanta spectrometer.
Every machine undergoes comprehensive functional and safety testing before delivery, ensuring high reliability, precision, and long-term durability.
