Mechanical Design Engineer (Special-Purpose Machinery) ≫

Job Description

• design and 3D modelling of special-purpose machines and mechanical assemblies

• preparation of engineering documentation in SolidWorks

• development of technical solutions in close cooperation with electrical engineering, manufacturing, and assembly teams

• optimization of designs with regard to functionality, safety, and manufacturability• participation in machine commissioning and testing

Requirements

• secondary school or university degree in mechanical engineering

• previous design experience is an advantage (but not required for motivated junior candidates)

• knowledge of 3D CAD software, preferably SolidWorks

• strong technical thinking, independence, and a proactive approach to completing projects

• understanding of engineering standards and mechanical principles
